Hi-Tec is a Prime contractor on this Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) MOA. This contract is a seven year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), intended to simplify the acquistion of services from small business by the FAA and all other Federal government agencies.

Hi-Tec is a prime MOA holder for the following functional Areas:
	Air Traffic Systems - Air transportation support including architecture, electrical, safety, environmental and weather.

Research and Development - Physical and lifescience, chemistry, computers, environmental, mathematics, modeling, operational research.

Engineering Services - Systems, hardware, software, aeronautics, aerospace, industrial, human factors, air traffic, training.

Computer Systems Support - Database administration, Server and Web maintenance, telecom, system engineering, quality assurance.

Computer Systems Development - Database analysis/design/development, computer programming, web site analysis/design, network analysis/design, information assurance.
