On September 25, 2000, Hi-Tec Systems, Inc. was awarded a Multiple Areas Support Services (MASS) Contract. This IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contract contains provisions for multiple types of delivery orders (e.g. T&M, CPFF etc.) and has a ten (10) year period of performance. The maximum ordering obligation under the MASS Contract is $100,000,000.
