National Qualified Vendors List (NQVL)s

In October, 2003, Hi-Tec Systems, Inc. was awarded a RESULTS Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the National Qualified Vendor’s List (NQVL) by the FAA. This contract vehicle, via the FAA’s RESULTS National Contracting Service, permits FAA customers to order services under the predetermined terms and conditions of the BOA when their needs arise. When requirements are identified, the FAA will normally solicit proposals from NQVL vendors and award based upon the best overall value to the FAA. As such, the NQVL includes only vendors who have been deemed to meet the FAA requirements and whom the FAA believes can achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Contracts awarded under the RESULTS BOA may be of different type (i.e. FFP, T&M, IDIQ etc.) and include supplemental, job-specific terms. RESULTS is a performance based contract vehicle structured for expedited processing of requirements.
