Hi-Tec Systems, Inc. is a subcontractor to Mantech ( previously Sensor Technology Inc) on this 10-Year contract that supports the US Army Fort Monmouth C4SIR (Command, Control, Communication, Computers, and Systems Information Research) systems group . The S3 vehicle is an IDIQ contract that allows for Program Managers in the C4SIR community to establish support requirements through out the world in support of their mission. The scope provides for a range of services from business managements to logistic to engineering services. Task orders are released frequently as Fixed Price (FPI, FPAF); Cost Reimbursement (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF); and Time and Material.
