EIT is seeking a high performing candidate with significant experience in Airport Operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Airport Operations. The skill requirements include project management/organization, research techniques, creating plans and reports, cost estimation, risk management, logistics, data collection, analysis, technical writing, and presenting formal/technical information. The Airport Operations Analyst must be capable of fully executing related research and development projects for visual guidance research program areas. Accomplish complete and timely deliverables without daily supervision.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in operations research, computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, information systems, or management science.
Experience: 10-15 years
Relevant Experience: Airport operations and lighting experience is not required, however strongly preferred. Experience with FAA programs not required but preferred.
Candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Lead Engineer
EIT, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer
Duties:
The Lead Engineer must have an understanding and previous experience in circuits, electronics, lighting systems, and field installations. The Lead Engineer must be proficient in project management, engineering principles, produce and present technical written documentation to develop reports or documents for research objectives. The Lead Engineer must be able to plan, design, collect and analyze data, and operate electrical experiments, mockups, equipment, demonstrations, circuitry, electronics, and prototype devices related to the airport visual guidance task areas.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in the electrical (preferred) or mechanical engineering branch from a college or university with a degree curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc. (ABET). Master's Degree’s in related field may be substituted for Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience. PhD in related field may be substituted for Bachelor's degree and 7 years experience.
· Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years
For Example: PHD with 8+ years experience is qualified.
· Relevant Experience: Airport operations and lighting experience is not required, however strongly preferred. Knowledge of LED’s Enhanced Flight Vision Systems, Lighting Installations, Visual Aids, MALSR, Experimental Heliport Facilities, Photometrics are not required but strongly preferred.

Test Engineer - Jr.
EIT, Inc. is seeking a Junior Test Engineer.
DUTIES:
• Test and analyze systems development including integration, systems testing, probability testing, field test plans and customer acceptance plans to maintain the credibility/viability of the system
• Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components
• Document test discrepancies and author change requests as required
• Communicating and documenting issues identified during test conduct
• Maintains existing test processes and documentation to ensure adequate record-keeping and knowledge-sharing
• Organize and maintain baseline regression procedures in support of operational releases
• Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with engineering and technical personnel
• Support Test Team in developing test plans, requirements traceability ,procedures, development, execution, and reporting
• Support testing in a Java and C++ development environments
• Formally conduct customer-witnessed testing demonstrating system requirements and functionality
• Support Operational patch testing, includes system and adaptation changes
• Support Aviation scenario development
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification & Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (in computer science, engineering, or mathematics) + 2 yrs. related experience
Competent using software testing tools such as RTC, RQM, DOORs and SQL queries
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding and experience in the complete life cycle of software in an aviation systems environment
Experience in roles that required demonstration of excellent communication and writing skills
Understanding performing scalability and performance testing
Experience using UNIX
Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Competent in the use of formal testing methodologies
Ability to travel when required

Job Functions:
Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Uses automated software source control systems to manage large, complex, mission-critical software baselines in a multi-stream, multi-release, multi-target environment
Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure that all systems are integrated to meet business requirements
Create and manage data flows between systems and applications
