Charles Keegan

Mr. Keegan has 40 years of experience in working with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He served Federal Aviation Administration as a VP for 27 years. After leaving FAA, he worked for Raytheon and Crown Consulting Inc. for over 10 years in leadership roles. Currently he is working as the CEO of Aviation Management Associates, Inc.

Mr. Keegan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Air traffic Control from Daniel Webster College, Nashua, New Hampshire.

Mr. Courain has been supporting FAA programs for over 30 years through a variety of technical and management assignments. He has served as a senior consultant to several major FAA contractors in support of multiple contract opportunities.

  • Technical Advisor and Program Manager for Veracity Engineering’s FAA support contract activities and SE2025 contract proposal.

  • Managed Exelis Corporation’s (merged with Harris Corporation) $1.4B, 10 year SE 2020 Research and Mission Analysis task order contract.

  • Managed ~60 direct supports per year, over $13M in annual sales, and a team of 44 subcontractors.

  • Managed Lockheed Martin’s $1.9B program to operate and maintain the FAA’s Automated Flight Service Stations (AFSS).

  • Managed ~1,200 direct supports per year, $190M in annual sales, and a team of 15 subcontractors.

  • Managed Lockheed Martin’s $1.1B National Airspace System (NAS) Implementation Support Contract (NISC) to provide engineering services in support of FAA’s NAS modernization program.

  • Managed ~1000 direct supports per year, $100M in annual sales, and a team of 12 subcontractors.

Mr. Courain earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersey, and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University, Garden City, New York.
